Q1. What is the recommended use level?
A: A typical use level is 3–5% for essences and serums.
Formulation Tip: Blend with Sodium Hyaluronate (HA) at a 1:1 ratio to reduce tackiness while
enhancing
long-lasting hydration.
Q2. Does EZ-Cellulose increase viscosity like conventional cellulose?
A: No. Thanks to its low-molecular-weight structure , EZ-Cellulose does not cause the significant
viscosity
increase typically associated with conventional cellulose.
Formulation Tip: Adjust viscosity with thickeners such as Carbomer or Xanthan Gum, and use EZ-Cellulose to
enhance hydration and skin feel.
Q3. Are there any processing limitations, such as pH or temperature?
A: EZ-Cellulose is highly stable across pH 3.0 ~ 10.0 and remains stable during heating above
80°C.
Formulation Tip: It can be added at any stage of the water phase, but pre-dispersing it in water
before heating is recommended for optimal dispersion.

A: Yes. EZ-Cellulose is derived from plant-based cellulose using an eco-friendly enzymatic process without
chemical crosslinkers. It is compatible with ISO 16128 Natural Origin Index requirements and offers
