Sunjin Beauty Science goes beyond being a simple office space and pursues a “Great Work Place” where free communication and creativity naturally flourish. This philosophy is fully reflected in the open-office designs of our Seoul headquarters and Janghang plant. By removing walls, we eliminate physical and psychological barriers between employees, encouraging free communication that naturally leads to creative thinking. This design embodies the innovative values Sunjin Beauty Science pursues and our deep aspiration for the future.

The Janghang plant of Sunjin Beauty Science, completed in 2019, is Korea’s first FDA-certified factory for cosmetic ingredients. Production and quality control personnel are stationed here, and the facility was developed through a meticulous three-year design process starting in 2015. Through automation of production processes, the plant achieves high efficiency with minimal manpower.

The Janghang plant features a process design optimized for powder production. The core system is a top-down configuration, where powder products created in previous processes are naturally transferred to the next stage by gravity. This approach ensures smooth process flow while establishing a closed system compliant with FDA standards, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination and microbial contamination between products.
